If you are currently certified with the City of Baltimore and are applying for Expansion of Services, please do so by logging into the Diversity Management System and navigate as if you were applying for a new/renewal certification, there you will find the link to submit an expansion of services application.

Image above is of the Diversity Management System interface.  Once logged in, you navigate to apply for a new/renewal certification then in the "Select an Option" section, you will find the option to submit an expansion application under these levels:

• "Your business is currently certified by the City of Baltimore"
  • "You would like to report a change or update your certification record"
    • "Add/update commodity, supply, and/or service work categories in your certification"
