Bidder Registration - Workday
Workday is the City of Baltimore's online procurement system for purchases managed by the Department of Finance's Bureau of Purchases. This business tool provides vendors with easy access to the vast majority of non-construction procurement opportunities with City agencies. NAACP to Redevelop its National Headquarters, Opens RFQ (Request for Qualifications)
The NAACP desires to redevelop 4805 Mt. Hope Dr., Baltimore, MD 21215 (3.21 acres, 43,454sf existing building) which it envisions will consist of uses that maximize value of the land, achieve its highest and best use, and delivers a redevelopment project that achieves the mission of the NAACP. The NAACP is seeking expressions of interest and qualifications for a development partner. The NAACP will consider scenarios that propose a joint venture partnership between the development entity and the NAACP, or a structure that consists of the developer entering into a long-term ground lease agreement to accomplish the redevelopment of the Property. The NAACP will not consider proposals that include the fee simple disposition of the NAACP-owned Property. Under either scenario, the Project should address the NAACP’s desired development requirements further defined in this RFQ.
